Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Kirogami, operated by Lumoria Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Kirogami, you agree to them.

The service

Kirogami is a task, habit and goal-tracking app. There's no free tier: using it requires Pro, reached either with a one-time Lifetime purchase or a monthly subscription. Kiro (the AI coach) requires the optional AI add-on, or the combined Pro + AI monthly plan. We may change or discontinue features at any time; we'll try to give notice for anything major.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 to use Kirogami.

Purchases & billing

Lifetime Pro is a one-time payment via Stripe that unlocks Pro for as long as your account exists; it's not a subscription and isn't billed again. Pro (monthly) and Pro + AI (monthly) are recurring subscriptions billed via Stripe, each with a 7 day free trial; unless cancelled before the trial ends, your card is charged automatically at the listed price. If you already have Lifetime Pro, the AI add-on is a separate monthly subscription on top of it, also with a 7 day trial. You can cancel any subscription anytime from Settings → Manage; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices may change; we'll give notice before any change affecting an active plan. Refunds are handled case by case; email contact@lumoria.ai.

Your content

You own what you create in Kirogami (tasks, notes, goals, and so on). You grant us the limited right to store, process, and, only when you use Kiro, send relevant parts of it to our AI provider, solely to operate the service.

Acceptable use

Don't use Kirogami to violate the law, abuse the service (for example, excessive automated requests), or attempt to access another user's data.

AI features

Kiro's suggestions are generated by AI and may be wrong. Use your own judgment, especially for anything important.

Disclaimer & liability

Kirogami is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows; material changes will be surfaced in-app.
